This script can not fix water seam from mod conflict. It is meant to help mod author(or experienced mod user) to convert mod from original Skyrim to SSE.
Here is explanation.
Some mods that have been converted from Oldrim to SE haven't had their water records updated to match SE, and it can cause seams in the water, and other negative affects. This script can be added to SEEedit, and used to correct it

This script do exactly same thing as this guide. https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/5al12d/here_is_a_guide_to_fixing_water_flow_issues_for/
For MO2 user: Extra step(step 5) for MO2 has been changed for newer version of MO2. That screenshot is outdated. If you run SSEEdit from MO2, Modified esp file will be saved and replaced original esp file. You don't have to drag-n-drop from 'overwrite folder' anymore.
Is there a way to generate files into the overwrite file? I don't want to modify the original file, so that when I want to revert, I can simply delete the overwrite file.
I copy pasted the script file inside Edit Scripts folder of my SSEEdit (4.1.5f), but when I launch the app, script (_azzendix - Water Fix v1.0.pas) isn't on the list. Does anyone know why? Other .pas files in the folder do show up in the list.
Update 2025.July.6: I could get them to show up in script list somehow. I think the cause of issue was me not unchecking Mod Groups when opening mods, but I'm still unsure.
the folder should be inside the SSEEdit file that you unpack from it's zip file, so where you have SSEEdit downloaded the edit scripts folder should be inside that, if it isn't you might need to redownload SSEEdit
