I uploaded a new version of the Tavern, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the original layout so I decided to flesh it out a little and fix some issues at the same time. As a result, a lot of references had to be renumbered so I would advise against updating from the previous version mid-playthrough. Only update on a new save or with the Save Unbaker. And make sure you update the Resources beforehand.
I redid the patches and added one for LOTD as well. Hope you'll enjoy the new version.
Hi, I have a problem that textures disappearred when I walk away(E.g all textures in the kithchen are invisible when I am in the lobby). I have installed all necessary pacthes in the download page and tried Save Unbaker. Also I use LOD mods, uninstalling or updating them don't work. Any advice?
Thank you very much, your messages saved me. I was already going crazy disabling mods one by one and not finding the person responsible for this annoying error. However, if anyone else gets here like I did, there is a solution without having to uninstall the mod. I'll leave the link.
Hey HS! Love your mods. I recently updated this one and it looks like the floor next to the stairs to get to the second level is missing? So when I try to upstairs, theres no floor and I just fall. It was fine before I updated. I also started a fresh save to see if it would be replicated and it was. I'll investigate on my end bc maybe Im missing something. Do you have any idea on what this could be?
Edit: Found the culprit. It was Distinct Interiors that was messing with it. Either that, or the patch that was made for DI + Bannered Mare has not been updated for the newer version. I disabled both to be safe and it was resolved.
I really like this overhaul to the Mare, no more npcs walking through the rented bedroom though I do get the odd one coming to sit in the chair, no more sharing with Mikael, which was weird when that happened to me in the past, he would already be asleep in the rented bed when I got there and I ended up sharing it with him. The extra area with the spiral staircase, near the kitchen, I love that area, I don't know why but standing by the stairs and watching Mikael in the main room belt out a Gary Moore song thanks to a mod I found on Lovers Lab of all places that lets you change all the bard songs to your own fave songs. Anyway standing there feels like such a calming space I just want to grab a chair and sit there. I have endorsed this.
I do have 1 question, the LOTD patch, what is that for? I thought maybe the LOTD "Mercenaries Journal" that used to sit on a table upstairs. If it is I can't find that journal anywhere now and have to use Skyrim Cheat Engine to grab it.
Is there any mod that would cause a bed to be in the doorway of the room that the player rents? I don't think I have any mods that have any changes for beds besides textures, especially none that should change the location of them. Is there a way in xEdit to see what mods are editing a cell? File is also not overwritten by anything in MO2
Hey there! everything is working super well! except when I walk into the bannered mare the kitchens rabbits hanging over the fire are going APE s#*! and ragdolling through the walls destroying everything lol. Is there a way to fix this?
This doesn't make any sense. So I have Immersive Citizens and this mod with the patch and it doesn't work, but when I just use this mod everything is in the place it should be. The patch isn't working but it's enabled and placed below HS Banneredmare and Immersive Citizens
I have never done this, so I don't know how hard it would be. But I am using Gourmet - A cooking overhaul https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/96876?tab=files. One of the optional files adds cooking pots and baking ovens to inns. How would one go about to move said oven, which happens to be in the middle of the door to the kitchen.
It's not difficult, just a bit tedious. Look up some tutorials on xedit and navmeshing. You basically just need to open both mods, move stuff around, fix the navmesh so NPCs don't run into things, then either save the edited mod or make a patch with your edits.
You can also try politely asking both author's and maybe one of them can make a patch for you.

Thank you so much for this! I'll be checking your other mods
Thank you :)
Not sure, mine aren't but I don't use any model replacer for them, that might be part of your issue.
