I saw many quieter good mods, but I would like to have just one the lower the volume when entering combat. All skyrim sounds are ok-ish for my wife but when I enter combat and fight everything is too loud and disturb her and so i have to lower manually and then put up again after combat... it's not huge deal, but since we have so many quieter... is it possible to have one lowering all volumes of combat? (at least there is one that removes combat music, that was huge relief...)
Could do the same for any sound you want, as long as it is a wav-file. Music is another pair of shoes, as Audacity unfortunately does not handle xwm. Sorry.
the point is i want less loud everything but only when in combat, not always a particular sound. So all sounds should decrease loudness when in combat, combat is disturbing just because there are lot of sounds probably, not because there are specific sounds.
I'm afraid that can't be done by just editing some soundfiles. Or, exactly, for that special task you'd have to create a quieter copy of every music- and soundfile ingame. Then you'd need a plugin to play the quieter versions as replacer for the normal version, when the condition "Player IsInCombat" is met. Doable, but not by me. Can't even edit music-files with Audacity, only sound-files.
