This one took a while. There's a lot of small additions that don't play well when the two mods are combined. Onto the actual description, this is a simple patch to ensure Spaghetti's Cities AIO plays well with Cities of the North (COTN) - Winterhold. COTN Winterhold's buildings are some impressively-large absolute units and swallowed up a lot of the additions made by Spaghetti's Cities AIO. As such, I've moved a lot of these to be visible. I also disabled plenty of the latter's new objects (like icicles and stuff of that nature) as there wasn't a feasible way of making them work nicely with COTN Winterhold. Though it should be mostly-complete, I ran into LOD issues as I don't use this mod in my own load order so it's possible some problems remain. If they do, please (and I mean please) provide a screenshot when reporting them and I'll do my best to resolve it. Enjoy :)

This patch should be compatible with other patches for COTN. I did some testing in-game with various patches and updated to resolve the main conflict with Interesting NPCs (3DNPCs) and its COTN - Winterhold patch. As with the others, you can load my patch after other COTN patches if you'd prefer my placement, but it should be fine loaded before them as well.
