Audio Overhaul for Skyrim SE contains VOLUME SLIDERS for magic, weapons and other categories. If you do not like the volume, I highly suggest you install this as it is compatible with Immersive Sounds instead of leaving comments about your ears being hurt. It will spare both you and I a headache.

Hibernus is a near-complete overhaul of frost magic sounds, comprehensively mixed and hand-tailored to chill you to the bone. Frost magic has always felt underwhelming in Skyrim despite it being set in the coldest region of Tamriel, so hopefully you'll enjoy what I've made for you.

Installation:

Install like any other audio mod, loaded after all other audio mods that affect frost magic. I highly recommend using Immersive Sounds - Compendium as a baseline as all my mods are based around its architecture.
