Updated with Open Animation Replacer 2.3.5, made idles Interruptible and added animation blending

If you don't use mods to place shield on back outside of combat, add this patch, merge with my main mod, it should overwrite it's conditions

Just a config file replacer with Random(0.7) at the bottom of the original condition list to make room for my MPA or FPA idles to be seen 30% of the time. Place after EVGCI, overwrite. (For your convenience this patch exists, you could do it yourself)
