I believe it would, yes. This is super deep lore actually. Mazda was actually founded in Tamriel by an Imperial named "Mods Duh", he started off creating colored horse shoes. See, he was all about customization! He tried to paint the horses whatever color he'd like but no one would let him. Out of anger, Mods Duh decided to create his own way of transportation, something you could color, something you could own, something that wouldn't neigh. And this is how he created his very first Mazda which this mod accurately represents!
You may ask how did Mods Duh bring Mazda vehicles to Earth? Simple. Mods Duh relied heavily on Dwarven Technology, and in his studies and explorations he had found a device that could transport him to the realms of Oblivion. As he put the device on it had glitched and sent him to our Realm instead. He looked around confused but realized we had the same problem as Nirn, our horses were neighing and they had bland shoes. So of course he brought his idea to us, and I can say I am a proud owner of a Mazda and I salute Mods Duh for fixing our many issues of transportation and customization. If it weren't for him, we'd still have to color our horse shoes.
