There are bat files to removed the plugin. Mods that clean up some of the clutter. But none of them truely make the Tundra Home vanish without having to worry about Bathesda putting it back at some random interval.

This mod deletes the Quest, dialogue, and disables the world edits reverting them to Skyrim.esm or USSEP values related to Tundra Player home while leaving the original esm fully intact. This prevents Bathesda from reinstalling after you deleted it, and also allows you to use the merged unofficial creationclub patch without issues. There is also a patch if you use eFPS AE to disable the occlusion planes related to Tundra Player Home.
I created this, because I am a big fan of the Bathing Beauties and Beefcake Luxury Suite. I am also far to lazy to try to move (and more importantly properly place) the zillion objects added by the Tundra Player Home creation.
Standard Disclaimer - Warranty void were prohibited. May make it possible to have beautiful women running an awesome bath suite in your game. Your milage may very. May require patching. Etc.
Seriously, if using LUX or Water for ENB or anything else that may include a Tundra home patch, be sure to either deselect those patches or create a patch if you want this to work. You will get random floating windows and stray shrubs all over your game if you don't.
