This is a pretty smart solution. For myself I currently just completely disabled crafting of any Alternative Armors but leaving the quests in the game. This seemed like a quick and somewhat logical solution.
What I dislike about Creation Club Rebalancing by Oreoo is that a lot of keywords etc. are changed.
My ideal solution would be to keep the quests tied to Alternative Armors, disable crafting and give all the obtainable pieces unique enchantments so that they feel like extra special gear. That feels like a good way to balance things.
That would require making a new crafting station, setting up proper keywords, and placing it in the world. I feel like that’s a bit out of scope for this mod (and a bit too much work for minimal benefit) but if anyone wants to use this mod as a base to add in other features they are welcome to do so.
