EXCEPTION: The only exception to this rule is if the mod I have on my website originally came from Nexus from an author with open permissions that allowed posting externally. Mods that originally came from Nexus will not be restricted by me. ..."

But the CBBE Nexus version you posted seems to have free permissions: "Author's instructionsGo ahead and use the mod assets as you like for your own mods, so long as the mods you make are not pay-walled in any way."
It doesn't have all the fixes and changes by Sunkeumjeong (or 3ba), but wouldn't require to ask permission for.
I didn't understand what me to do =) I'll probably make patch the latest version and upload it to google files, then I'll probably create a mod page but it will only have a link to this google file. Do you think this trick will work?
I think it would be best to ask permission, I think. You could ask Sunkeumjeong via the contact link I put in my earlier post, at worst you just get declined.
