Since all their equipment is from Elder Scrolls 3. Why not just give them a unique item from Elder Scrolls 3 like everyone else has? Maybe Shimshil would be the ideal weapon? It is ebony and part of the tribunal questline in Elder Scrolls 3.
I did want to do something like that orginally, however apparently nifskope doesn't run well on my PC and crashes it all to the ground, so for now this is what I have.
