   Sorry if this is a dumb question, but would this be compatible with Skyrim on Skooma?

      The compatibility section for that mod page says:

      "Compatible with everything. Including mods that modify skooma. No patches needed."

      So I would safely assume yes, these mods are both compatible together

   Thanks for this, I'm about to try Living Skyrim IV, and that uses SunHelm instead of RND, so I wouldn't have had my speedy skoomas.

      I wouldn't be able to test it, since I use Alternate Start and don't reach helgen.
      
      Just add it with a console command. "help skooma" and then "player. additem (skooma ID) (amount of skooma you want)"
