I have a question, maybe someone can help me. I'm looking for a possibility to combine the animation from the alchemy table (working with mortar and pestle) with the keyword isGrainMill. At the end I want to have an alchemy crafting table with the animation from crafting potions but without the alchemy recipes and with the possibility of turning wheat to flour.
Can anybody understand what I'm trying to do and can help me?

Try to use OAR and replace the animation when you're using that furniture.
If it doesn't play an animation, then you'll have to find a way to call the animation, vis scripts or similar.

Nice, love immersive things like this

Something similar could be done with forge hammers, not sure if there are alternative hammer models that exist in mods or not
But maybe some simple retextures for the hammer made from different materials

The chopping block could have this with different axes

I would love a addon mod that made it a requirement to have one of the tools in your inventory before being able to activate the craft station or you cant craft to push the immersion more
Would be cool if depending on what tool you used you got a a small buff to the crafted item, like the item yo craft gets an added enchantment on it from the tool you used

Yeah, pretty awesome stuff that you can do in Skyrim modding scene nowadays.
It's not hard to create a mod like you described, the only issue is finding the perfect balance (and meshes of course).

I'll take a look for mods that add crafting stuff and see if I can create AnimObjects for them.

It wold make crafting slightly more engaging, having to obtain the right tools alongside your skills
And upgrading your tools as you go, for example the forge hammer could be enchanted to make stronger armor and sharper weapons
Something like that is abit more indepth but just the core part could then be built on and balanced later
