Overview
The Staves creation has some issues, two of the biggest for me are that staves made of incredibly rare materials can spawn in at very early levels with weak enchantments, ie daedric staff of healing hands or ebony staff of flames, and that some of the enchantments/spells these staves hold just don't really fit with what they are made of or how they look, one of the best examples of this are Daedric staffs with restoration enchantments.

So, using GrayMatter90's  CC Staves - Mysticism Consistency Patch as a base, I changed it so that the spells schools/power staves can use are restricted by the material and level of the spell itself, with staffs made of basic materials only being able to hold up to adept level spells and ones made of rarer stuff like ebony and glass capable using expert spells. This also means that untill your magic skills are high you wont start finding Daedric staffs with powerful spells in boss chests and on vendors well into your playthrough.

Theirs two separate versions, one that changes the recipes at the staff enchanter to match the restrictions on the staves you'll find in the world (You can actually give any staff in the same school any enchantment so if you really want that Daedric Staff of Flames then you still have a way to get one) and one that doesn't and lets you make whatever staff you want.

The Staves
Wooden Staves
Black Wooden staves can hold most (atronachs/familiars) conjuration spells up to adept and all expert level necromancy (raised and summoned undead) spells but cannot hold spells that summon dremora
Brown Wooden staves can only hold healing spells up to adept level

Steel Staves

Steel staves can hold any destruction spell and most offensive alteration spells up to adept.

Dreugh Staves
Dreugh Staves can only hold Poison and Ash spells from the restoration and alteration/conjuration schools respectively. While they are restricted to only two spell archetypes they can hold expert level spells.

Silver Staves
Silver Staves can hold Illusion spells up to Adept level and anti-undead (sun/turning) restoration spells of any level.

Glass Staves
Glass Staves can hold expert level alteration spells.

Ebony Staves
Ebony staves can hold expert level illusion and the special vampire staves at Castle Volkihar.

Daedric Staves
Daedric staves can hold all expert level destruction and conjuration spells including all spells that summon dremora.


Bugs/Issues
This mod has A LOT of records so it is entirely possible I missed something while making it, if you notice any issues feel free to report them and I will get to fixing them.
