Makes the "Transmute" spell prioritize making silver instead of gold, so it's less fuss to make silver jewelry... but you have to dual-cast it to get gold. Mwahaha. (I've always thought gold was a little too accessible.)

Should be safe to install and delete at literally any time.

If you install it mid-game but it doesn't change the spell's name (to "Transmute Mineral Ore" for clarity) or description, then another spell mod may have changed the spell tome to teach a spell with a different ID from the one I modify. In that case, get a new spell tome (in vanilla, there's one at Halted Stream Camp and one at Ansilvund) and re-learn the spell.

Edits the book SpellTomeTransmuteOreMineral and the spell TransmuteOreMineral.
Creates two effect records (TransmuteOreMineralEffectSingle and TransmuteOreMineralEffectDual), a couple of message records, and a new script modeled on the vanilla one.
The spell TransmuteOreMineral is set up with my custom effects, so I don't need to modify the vanilla effect at all.

ADDENDUM: By request, I've made a version which permits you to dual-cast Transmute Mineral Ore even if you don't have the Alteration Dual Casting perk.  This preserves the mechanic, but is good for characters who don't specialize in Alteration.  (However, it still takes a lot of magicka to dual-cast it, so you'll want to get some Fortify Alteration or Fortify Magicka enchantments.  Maybe eat some Elsweyr Fondue.)

ADDENDUM2: There are obviously a lot of other transmute variants out there that change too much for me, but I'd like to honor Selective and-or More Expensive Transmute.  If I'd noticed it before I made this, I wouldn't have bothered :)
