As downloaded she is going to the Waifu/Harem catagory as no other skills are mentioned. I'm starting a new game and haven't got it loaded yet. In the "market" for followers, Standalone is better and ESP-fe is best. Most modders will have the ones you mentioned. But, if you can get the permissions, it is best to have the needed files in the mod with acknowledgements to those authors.
There is really no hook mentioned that differentiates her from the couple of thousand other followers that would inspire a load order slot. Things like skills, perks, magic or melee, morality?. What was she in prison for - Talos worship, killing a thalmor, or a citizen, petty theft? All things that build a background and indicate a way to use her in-game. Did she escape before or after the dragon attack? Was she helped by anyone? All the pieces of story that would reel in a follower download. That said, very good work on a first mod.
I agree. A listing of Skills, background, etc would be helpful. As Andy mentioned, "out of the box" followers are best, or having those assets already included. All that would be needed is a link back to the mods used.
Especially about followers, the No1 rule of those creating follower mods is not have depended other mods. The "out of the box" followers are those we want to use, without half dozen other mods needed.
