Thanks for creating a make-over for some of the Riverwood NPCs that get ignored by other mods.
The "preview contents' link for your files indicates that you're using .tga files for some of the textures. Everything else I've read about modding Skyrim Special Edition says that .tga files have been superceded for SSE. They don't crash the game, but they are ignored.
could this be made into a fomod with the options: all in one -follower -not follower individual -each character --each character as follower or non-follower. there are several options for fomod creation to make it easier.
There's a couple of options you can do. You can install single NPCs that those mods didn't cover (they are on the optional files). You also can put the replacer that you want to be active lower on your load order. And/ or do both
