About this mod
Fixes the vagrant boots added by the fishing creation to be considered clothing like the rest of the vagrant set so the mage armor perk will still work.

Extremely small, ESL flagged, requires the fishing creation (obviously).
This mod isn't needed if using USSEP v4.2.8 or greater.
Why?
The boots act like light armour, which prevents the mage armor perk from working with them. (See wiki note)
BEFORE:
Armour rating drops from 200 to 100 when equipping the boots
AFTER:
Armour remains at 200 with the boots on
