I got the missing face texture like everyone else, but that was easily fixed with Face Discoloration Fix
Old mod, but works like a charm in AE. Don't need to start a new game either. I installed before approaching Mistwatch. I get rid of Fjola's hubby then returned to her. After she said we'd see each other again and walked away, I caught up to her, and the top option was to tell her to follow me. No problems. Endorsed.

ok I suggest you add bigger pics, can't see it at all clearly, I also agree that this is an EXCELLENT! idea and a whole new genre of mods which since you did it first (as far as I have seen) so if you do this Thank You as I also wish I could make or keep these potential followers in past play-thrus.
I also suggest you add "lore/situational" friendly perks and skills to each, and set them to use whatever body/skin mod is in our games or as vanilla as possible while making them individual thru use of perks/skills keeping with their history.
I am very much eager to see what you can do/come up with and I will DL each you do, as well as hope for an "all in one" as well.

I think the black face bug is occurring with her for people because she appears to have some kind of unusual, semi-randomly-generated face. I cannot, for the life of me, get the CK to output her face gen, and the Meshes.bsa does not have a facegeom .nif with her BaseID on it. However, her face does not exactly match any of the other generic BanditBoss NPCs either (one of them comes close, but the eyes are not the same). I honestly just wanted to replace her facegen and make her unique -- I don't need to marry her or use her as a follower or anything -- but I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to do it.
