Essentially four modifications (after purchasing the property of course)

- Always on a CLEAN SAVE (w/o any previous version of this mod)
- Best before buying the property for Lakeview Manor (but should work afterwards as well)
- Load order - no assessment here

- Disables house attacks - can be enabled separately by setting one, some or all of the following globals to '1'

- Additional outside Tanning Rack (craftable) is placed on the working side;-)
