SKSE Plugin to let you choose regen values outright or based on conditions. Original mod by LokiWasTaken, Original NG port by dukethedropkicker
i only made it work with the latest version of the game.

Original Regen Adjuster SKSE from LokiWasTaken, first NG port by dukethedropkicker.
Updated to work with 1.6.629+ (includes GOG). Not sure if it works with VR but you should use the first NG port for VR anyway.
Does not include the ini file, requires downloading the original mod then overwrite with this one.
Requires:
Anniversary Edition 1.6+ (only tested 1.6.640 and GOG)
Special Edition 1.5.3+ (you gain nothing out of using my mod if you're on 1.5.97 tho)
VR whateverversion+ (seriously, use the first NG port which is confirmed to work)
