Long answer is complicated, it's a combination of enb with custom tweaks I made myself along with cherry picking my favorite textures and meshes from various graphic overhauls
The person this was created for (FlyingEagle57) actually plays on Xbox but it was their wish to have it available on as many platforms as possible which is why I uploaded it here. I'm not really concerned with reaching the top mod list as I feel there are many talented modders with creations that deserve recognition, my only intention with this mod was to create something special for a friend in need :)
