Modification to the Bosmeri Cuisine mod to have the recipes locked by default. In order to learn the recipes, you'll have to locate or buy one of four cookbooks.
These cookbooks can be found as part of rare book spawns or (spoiler) in the possession of Thalmor soldiers. Tried to make it as compatible as possible, though if you're using CACO (which also modifies these Recipes to change the salt ingredient) you'll need to patch this.
The books are as follows:
Bosmeri Cuisine v1. - Teaches Egg based recipes
Bosmeri Cuisine v2. - Teaches Meat based foods recipes
Bosmeri Cuisine v3. - Teaches Soups, Broths and Tea
Bosmeri Cuisine v4. - Teaches Bosmeri breadmaking, baking and Bee based recipies
Made this for my own purposes but unfortunately couldn't use it because I couldn't use the Eating Animations and Sounds patch with my version of the game. Sad stuff
