Just in time for Saint Patrick's Day! Run the Golden Mile and taste all the signature drinks that Skyrim and beyond has to offer.
This mod should be compatible with pretty much anything but WILL require some patching for the 3 drinks from the Bee and Barb. It's possible that a well placed bash patch will handle it but if it doesn't you will need to custom conflict resolve it. I've provided a patch for Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul basic that will carry over the needed info but any other patches I'm going to rely on all of you to identify and any who can provide said patches are much appreciated. I'd also like to add the inebriation effects to the drinks for CACO, but I'm not familiar enough with which one should be added, so someone familiar with CACO is welcome to chime in.
This mod has a patch for Legacy of the Dragonborn on it's official patch page (v2.9.8) and will remove the displays for the bee and barb drinks from the store room and add them to the display in the hall of oddities for SUDs. This is of course on new games. The displays will still show on the list but will not be able to be placed, favoring the new display. Come time for Legacy V6 we'll address the vanilla displays in a different way potentially (not for a year or more)
Having my own troubles every time I use this mod for some reason the quest The Golden Mile, i can not complete. This is because for some reason it wont register I'm drinking Cliff Racer or White-Gold Tower in Bee and Barb. Any suggestions?
Having an issue with Knee Bound Arrow. The innkeeper at the Drunken Hunstman never has it in stock. In fact, I didn't even know it was an option until I saw it sitting on a shelf, which it had never been before. I accidentally stole it, so I reloaded to avoid the fight and the bounty, but when I reloaded the game, it wasn't on the shelf anymore, and the innkeeper still wasn't stocking it.
It's a common problem because adding the drinks to the cell is done differently than adding them to the merchant's inventory.
Merchant inventories are treated as containers (as an aside there's an actual physical chest somewhere in the cell they inhabit that has all their goods but you'll need to noclip to get to it). Without knowing what mods you're using I wouldn't know what is blocking I can't say if there's a patch for it, but you can fix it yourself with xEdit.
Load all your mods in xEdit since you don't know where the incompatibility is, navigate to the SUDs .esp and open the Containers tab.
It will list the various merchant inventory containers, and any that are red are being overwritten.
Click on the red ones and you should see the basic Skyrim inventory on the left, SUDs in the middle, and to the right whatever mod is overwriting them.
What you'll want to do is make a patch, and you can do that by right clicking on the container, pick the option to add as an overwrite, and then go to the bottom and make a new mod, I usually use .esp. Name it something like SUDS-Whatever Other Mod Patch, and now you'll see that SUDS is overwriting the other mods. Assuming you want to have that other inventory too you'll want to left click and drag the entries from the other mod into your patch. When you do the first one it will ask you to add the other mod as a master, click yes and wait for it to complete.
Once you've added all the entries to your patch, save it in xEdit then find and move the mod you've created into the proper place. If you use MO2 it'll be in your Overwrite folder and you can drag and drop it into your SUDs folder. If you use Vortex you're on your own.
I think it is because Apothecary food stuffs split up it's food content into Gourmet instead. So we definitively going to need a patch for that. Try asking politely at Gourmet's page?
It's pretty easy to open both mods together and make a patch yourself, you can make the other drinks look like the other Gourmet Specials. Quest is bugged nonetheless, I blame my poor modding skills.
Thanks for all your hard work making Skyrim better than Bethesda could ever hope for!
I do have a slight problem though. I have LOTD and the LOTD Patches installed, but there is still no SUDS room to place my delightful drinks in. When I checked LOTD Patches on Mod Manager, it listed several of the patches installed, but did not have SUDS included. What do you recommend I do? The Patches notes say SUDS should be included, has it not made it in for this newest version? Thanks!
Edit: Well, apparently I just needed to reload my LOTD Patches. Evidently, when I was putting together my mods, SUDS was installed after the Patches, so the SUDS section was not checked for install. Hopefully anyone else who has this issue because they're modding noobs like me will learn from my mistake.
I made a replacer esp for myself where i removed the cell edits (except for dunstaad) so no compatibility issues and it actually forces me to interact with merchants in the game :)
@icecreamassassin - I made a patch for SUDs compatibility with ClefJ's Winterhold, where the Valdimar's Folly is floating in mid-air as you walk in the door. After cleaning the masters, I believe it may be an issue with your mod itself, but I'm not entirely sure. Can you check if the placement was correct on the original Valdimar's Folly in Frozen Hearth, Winterhold? It's like right in front of you to the left and up a bit with his Winterhold overhaul, floating in front of some cooking related asset or w/e.
If it is a base issue, the patch fixes it. If its just ClefJ's Winterhold and your mods' compatibility, which it doesn't seem to be, it fixes it anyway. May I get the patch posted on your patch list? I saw it the description you prefer them in one place and I agree.

I made two versions, which would you prefer? Or both as options for compatibility?? with god knows what lol
Version 1 - At the bar sorta behind the barrels on the counter.
Version 2 - On the table in the corner between the two entrances.
I noticed a very minor typo. The journal objective text for the "Nine Lives" drink says "Drink a "Nine Lives" and the Stumbling Saber Cat". "And" should be replaced with "at". Regardless, thank you for the mod.
Hi! Awesome mod! More alcohol to be discovered! 🍻 Vanilla makes absolutely no sense letting Nords with such few beverages diversity. I'd like to port a french translated version of your mod over Xbox, would you agreed? Have a good day!
Does anyone know what could be causing the bottle rack on the left to be black and the chair on the right to be glitching into the wall in the LOTD display? I'm using the most recent official legacy patch. Thank you for any advice.

And YES this mod is an ESL flagged ESP file.
