I have Ars Metallica ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/321/? ) installed, which also enables experience from smelting (etc.), but it doesn't offer a convenient way to adjust the amount of experience from those activities which results in Smithing leveling way too fast... is this mod going to require the same SSEEdit (CK, whatever) edits to address that side effect?
I don't really understand the question. If you want to "turn off" Skill Advancement at the Smelter, you don't really have to edit my mod or Ars Metallica. You could simply create a "patch" by editing the Furniture, but keeping everything the same, and place it lower in the load order.
