Fixes clipping, floating and inaccessibility of GLENMORIL objects in Warrens after repairs. ESPFE.

1. Fix clipping of Maria's basket and repaired floor.
2. Move Orlando's Ledge Sit idle marker, so he isn't floating once the rubble is cleared.
3. Move trapdoor to Slaughterhouse, so it is actually accessible after repairing the floor.
The basket and the trapdoor are new objects that will only appear if you follow the quest "Help the Warrens". Otherwise, normal GLENMORIL objects are used.
