Flickering is gone and I'm not sure why. I think it was EVLAS it was the only visual mod I removed last time I used this.
On a side note anyone who doesn't like slow time's blur on activating might this useful because that also is not showing with this preset.
Edit: I figured it out, any preset that doesn't use the default post processing will disable some visual effects. Spent too much time messing with ENBs I think I'm done with it for now.
That's a lie. The flickering is 100% caused by the Nighteye detection. Tested it myself. Alternatively you can download the NAT-ENB No Shout FX file, if you want to keep Nighteye detection enabled.
It also disables some visual effects like the black out when using aura whisper
This kind of imagespace effects (e.g. the black out effect) will never work with this ENB.
I am very confused this is my first end and I have everything that I need, just I don't know how to select the weather option, I am using vivid whethers and I've read the instructions and I do not understand, can anyone help me.

One question i have is, if i want to change weather options i just swap out the file and clear ENBcache right?
Also, this enb looks fantastic :) great job here
Using the Vanilla Weather preset, no weather mod installed.
