If I don't care about beards sticking out, the Beard Mask Fix isn't strictly required by this mod, yeah? I've ran into some shitty issues on Skyrim Together with Beard Mask Fix and I wanna make sure not using it does no harm while I'm using this mod.

Thank you. Skyrim Together is a whole different world, you use beard mask fix + some guy uses some new modded hairstyles you don't have = you crash, lol.

I'm pretty much using this mod solely for cleaned ITMs and fixed errors.

Btw is the reliquary of myth patch compatible with this retexture: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/101101 ?

It has its own ICH patches in its fomod and it's also for the Dragon Priest masks.

Yes, it's compatble, since the RoM patch is an .esp and that rexture's patch is just meshes

Reliquary of Myth also has a patch for ICH in its fomod. Do I get them both, only this one or only the RoM one?

It has a patch for ICH, and this is a patch for ICH + ICH Fixes. You only need mine

    Thank you for the fixes.
However, it needs a patch for Sons of Skyrim and NordWarUA's Vanilla Armor Replacers SSE?

You should just give priority to those mods by placing them after ICH and this patch and make those mods overwrite conflicting files from ICH and this patch

Yes, but wouldn't that mean that the fixes from this mod would be undone and I would have clipping beards again?

If that mod has a problem with clipping beards then it needs a separate patch. It has nothing to do with this patch because it's for ICH and ICH can't be combined with these mods - you either have ICH helmets (versions of vanilla helmets with eyes visible) or helmets from those mods, depending on what goes last in your load order.

Am I the only one having a problem with neck clipping? The necks of the helms do not scale with character weight slider so it only doesnt clip the neck if the weight slider is all the way skinny. Even with no other mods installed. Cant seem to find a fix or anyone mentioning the same problem anywhere.

      how's it outdated?
i can't remove the dependency, the beard fix is only possible with that mod. you can use it without that mod, but the beard fix won't work.

you must be confusing the required mod, which is for the latest version of Skyrim, with a patch for it and Skyrim v1.5.97
or maybe you just don't understand that Skyrim SE v1.6.353 or 1.6.640, which are the versions supported by that mod, is what you call AE (AE is actually the paid pack of Creation Club content, the game is still called SE, the pre-AE version is v1.5.97)

Sorry, I thought the mod fixes issues like this in general. The situation is the same as in the picture with the golden armor. Thank you very much

I removed quite a few helmets from ICH so would I have to load this in xedit and remove the files from this aswell or would it 'just work'? TYIA

this is a plugin replacer so yes, you'll have to remove them again. no magic, the .esp is not automatically generated during installation based on your current one

Hey, did you want me to remove Improved closefaced helmets - xEdit .esp Patch? Or is your mod dissimilar to that?

I don't see any reasons not to use my patch and therefore don't see much sense in keeping yours, but i may be wrong and it's your mod so it's completely up to you. Not that i care, it doesn't hurt anyone.

Actually, while I love and use many of lilebonymace's mods (and matt's, too), I like the mattski123 patch for this because I don't (yet) have a beard issue, and many of the items in my inventory use the slot 44. Matt's patch is simpler and doesn't mess with the slot numbers. I also have other ICH patches installed that may be messed up with the lilebonymace mod. So I was hoping Matt would keep their mod up.

However; I am trying to fix the "Improved closefaced helmets mod causes ebony helmets to be invisible and the PC/NPC is bald" issue. Searching shows me several people experience this besides myself.

I have WACCF, RoM (but without the PriestMasks part), and Improved closefaced helmets.

I tried both (separately) matt's patch (Improved closefaced helmets - xEdit .esp Patch) and Improved Closefaced Helmets - Fixes. I uncompressed the ICH BSA. Those things helped various important issues. But they couldn't solve the invisble helmet/bald head.

But I randomly found a patch in the comments in Ebony Armor Reshape that sort of fixed it. Its a link to:
      https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-LemS3t0R6RP-Q9gJTDd-tO3rT0VKBlp/view?usp=sharing
The fixes in that patch could be implemented in lilebonymace's or mattski123's patch mod.

Ultimately, I am trying to get Fitted Ebony Armor (or something similar) to work. It significantly improves the shape of Ebony armor and makes it a lot darker. It looks great! But I am stumped on the following:

      1) I can't get the fix patch I found to work in a Bashed Patch.
      2) Fitted Ebony Armor has no bodyslides, so I had to put it after my bodyslide output (MO2 left side). So I am now testing Ebony Armor Type 2, as there is a bodyslide for it. Its not as nice, I think.
      3) I can't get the eyes to show through the helmet Improved closefaced helmets style.

Hopefully someone can help me out with these issues. Meanwhile, there is a bit of a solution for the invisible ebony helmet/bald head problem.

      - remove that patch. it's useless, it just fully reverts ICH edits
      - ich_helm_legend.esp and all the patches for it must be placed after all those ebony armor mods. you can place them at the end for test
      - ICH must be unpacked and it must overwrite files from all other mods
