The Immersive Fort Dawnguard patch conflicts with a Bijin AIO patch for IFD. Both esps have the same name. I'd suggest you to change the name to what it should be
Thank you for the super quick reply, I appreciate.
CRF version on nexus is 3.1.11 somewhat old, CRF is now version 3.1.15 and it is the one I am using. I will track your mod in case of any future updates and in the mean time I will try and use The Ordinary Women mod with EasyNpc mod, which I understand does not need these patches
tks
edit: The most recent CRF mod is found here https://www.afkmods.com/index.php?/files/file/1894-cutting-room-floor/ (it is the AFK mods)
Forwards and combines records to make these play nicely together. So, for example, Immersive Weapons won't revert changes that Ordinary Women makes back to vanilla, but you still get the new weapons.
Oooooo gotcha. So this patch keep the appearance of ordinary women that the other mods change? I don't have any mods you listed on Nexus requirement (besides Ordinary Women) however, I do have Cutting Room Floor from AFKmods so I'll download the CRF patch!
Basically yeah :) Thisnpatch should let you get the stuff from CRF, usually letters or clothes, iirc, while keeping TOW appearance changes. It also means you don't have to worry about load order between the two mods, just have the latch after both.

Also do I need patch for Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul?
Thank youn very much for this outstanding mod
I don't use AI overhaul, so no idea there. It probably needs a patch, though.
