Yes it was enabled. I figured it out, it was open cities that was conflicting with the mod, once I disabled it everything was working as it should. Thanks for the mod.
Hey RubberSpaghetti, I absolutely love your city aio. Very beautiful, handsome and super performance-friendly. I have been using jk skyrim, until now I feel like my pc is going to smoke. Of course, JK's Skyrim is a very excellent mod. When I replaced it with your city aio, I was really shocked at how beautiful it was and how there was almost no loss in performance! Thanks again for your work.
No I don't, sorry. The ground issue seems kinda like a texture blending issue. I would guess the issue with the arch is something to do with the mesh, but again, just a guess.
It is hard to recommend anything without having your full load order. Maybe try a different ground texture, or try some mods that edit the mesh of objects.
I’ve been loving these overhauls so far. The changes are lightweight and unobtrusive, but go a long way towards making cities and towns look more like places people live. It’s great that it’s so compatible with everything too—I haven’t had to download any patches.
It is generally not recommended to uninstall mods mid- playthrough, but you could try it. However, there is a patch file in the AIO Optionals that removes the Ivy Garden stuff for compatibility with mods that add stuff there.
I noticed that this AIO doesn't forward a Location Flag set by the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch at FormID 0001A275. Any chance you could forward that to your mod? :D
ussep would not be a required mod. 99.9% of ussep changes can and most certainly should be forwarded into all mods. This will not made ussep a master of your plugin.
I am only going to forward records from the most recent official .esm. My mods have open permissions, if people want to they can create a patch for USSEP.
These two "fountains" in Whiterun do not have water effect animations when walking or swimming in them, is this some incompatibility with Water for ENB?
I just have to come here and thank you so much for this amazing collection of overhauls. I never actually realized just how much jk's skyrim tanked my fps. I was always advised that it was the most lightweight city overhaul. Don't get me wrong, the work is just absolutely beautiful, but when I switched it out with these overhauls I gained 25-27 fps in my problem areas. That's Riverwood, Whiterun outskirts, Riften and outskirts, Falkreath, etc. I guess I just never was too concerned before but I'm attempting to build my LO in a way where it's still updated and fun but not as heavy on my rig (I have a mid-end PC). I can still enjoy large quests mods, next gen combat overhauls, realistic NPC overhauls, etc. But the cities and towns seems to be the thing that really effects my setup with all of those other mods combined. It's seemed to push my performance beyond its limits. After playtesting in your cities and towns I realized that while jk's skyrim is still gorgeous and will always have a place in my heart, I didn't miss a lot of the things that were added in. The cities and towns in your mods were just as breathtaking and gave the vanilla locations a fresh look without really doing too much. It doesn't feel as empty as vanilla, in fact, it feels like this is how they should've looked. Combined with my textures, ENB and reshade, it just brought everything to a new level, and I gained performance in the process. Well done. Hats off to you!
While this is not an issue of this mod, there is a giant empty resevoir barrel at the back of the Bannered Mare. It is indeed possible to jump into it and trap yourself, but it requires careful platforming and precision. Have fun trying out that silly challenge.

I've searched all around and, despite those mods being popular city overhauls, can't find anything.
In addition, with RubberSpaghetti's blessing, I'd like to turn this into an official patch hub/collection for their mods.
