It's better not to put a b in your mod's alternate files' versions; it makes mod managers think it is a newer/different version. If you want to put alternate files up, make them optional.
Sorry to say I've no idea. It's a very simple mod and only modifies a few vanilla assets, and none of them in a significant way. It's possible you've got a mod conflict, maybe check in SEEdit
So I abused the living hell out of the version of this mod on oldrim's steam workshop, then imagine my surprise after getting the SE about a week ago at the time of posting this when I find Out There's a version of it for SE too but the potion stockpile feature was bugged and had to be removed, Hope you're able to work all the bugs out and add it back in a Future update, until Then, at least we have the rest of the features
Honestly I've been wrestling with the White Phial for years! This is I think my fourth attempt at fixing it, but it's the first one I'm confident of and completely happy with. This one's well-made enough that I could probably get the stockpiling working if I wanted to, but I think that could be a bit OP and I think this version works the best.
I can't seem to make the quest start. I tried it with console, but even tho I can get Kalissa's ID or the quest I cannot start them with commands or move the NPC.
THIS MOD DOES NOT WORK, after repairing the Phial you can't finish the final quest "fully repair the white phial" because clicking the repair materials box in the shop does nothing.
I know this because I've tested the mod myself and received feedback from people for whom the mod works.
In your comment, you mention "because clicking the repair materials box in the shop does nothing". This is odd, because there are no repair materials in any shop. Your comment doesn't seem to describe this mod. I suspect what's happening here is you're confusing this mod with the White Phial component of Zim's Immersive Artifacts, which I did discontinue after I was made aware this had serious compatibility issues with some popular mods and was therefore prone to fail. In other words, that mod didn't work for a lot of people. This one does.
Please try to be more discerning in the future.
I won't delete your comment, but I would ask you edit it to clarify your mistake for other people who might see it.
Hello, zim! Thanks for your extraordinary work! Would you please to give the permission to translate your mod into Mandarin chinese? Looking forward to your sincere reply!
Good thing I checked the popular mods within a year. This is a wonderful idea. Though quick question, is this compatible with anything that changes the appearance of the phial? I use Saerileth's replacer. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/72125
Edit: Just noticed the replacer friendly version. God I'm blind.
I don't use LOTD, so not sure. Am I right in thinking LOTD has a display for the White Phial in it? This will still work with the vanilla White Phial, and if you want to display the Phial rather than use it you can still do that. But if you actually want to use the Phial, then after fully restoring it with this mod I expect you won't be able to display the Phial.
Hmmm, maybe. If I'm honest, I only create mods I want to use myself, and I've kind of moved away from using the Bag of Holding in my mods, I use my Nightingale Nest mod for item storage now. And really the mod needs work... the reason it's not on SE yet is because there are problems with it and it needs fixing before releasing to a wider audience, I never want to release anything I know doesn't work. But if I get some free time, I might revisit it.

What do you think could be causing this? I really want to try this mod but I don't want to redo my full lo (1000 plugins)...
Just so you all know.
Your report is incorrect.
