All this mod does is add a lore friendly lighthouse to the north of windhelm.(It should have been in the vanilla game.)

Cleaned With SSEDIT
Changelog- V1.1 Fixed added npc aggression.
V1.2 Fixed Dock Navmesh and made npcs non essential.
Compatibility-Should be compatible with Most Mods,if it is incompatible with a mod just tell me.
