Hmm. Maybe you've realized this by now, but the mesh data for these items is in the same record as the effects. That means a BOS version would still need the exact same patching. Wherever the conflicts come from (Eating and Animations and Sounds, CACO, Apothecary, etc.) they must be resolved in order for the items to include each mod's balance and purpose.
Copying the Unique BnB Specials vanilla records as unique records in a new plugin to be swapped in by BOS doesn't solve the conflicts, since they are just copies of the vanilla effects (they won't animate with EaS, they won't have the effects of your alchemy/food mod, etc.) In other words, a BOS swap actually "un-patches" your load order for these items.
If for whatever reason you can't/won't resolve the conflicts in xEdit, then you would actually be better off skipping Unique BnB Specials or just loading it last (which would give the exact same in-game result as this BOS swap). Either way, using this sadly won't help at all in this case.
What do you mean in the description when you say "In your load order, it requires too many patches" I'm just confused because I have not seen yet one patch for the Bee & Barb Specials
You'd have to patch for a food/drink overhaul, like CACO or Apothecary. Survival Mode keywords. That's all I can think of though, and those are simple xEdit conflict resolutions.
