For some reason, this mod seems to block the in-game menu for Improved Camera from showing up
Not exactly sure why, but it seems to be a thing. Makes me wonder if it might be responsible for similar issues with other mods using in-game menus beyond Skyrim's UI
The explanation is found in "ImprovedCameraSE.ini". The mod searches for the game title if it can't find it. Exactly 120 seconds when the ini file isn't edited. Custom Window does edit the game title, so Improved Camera can't find it. ---> game takes 120 seconds longer to start up. And the in-game menu is potentially not functional or doesn't load when the game title isn't found tho.
The solution is to go to your Improved Camera INI and set the window name to the same name as the Custom Name INI. That way the mod will be able to locate the game.
