I love the mod, Hestra's Nest, by Arcane University.
Two complaints, though: the voice synth and what happens if a dragon spawns there.
This mod patches dragons flying through the ground, mountains, buildings, etc. It adds map height data, which is what keeps dragons from flying through everything in the game.
Requirements: Hestra's Nest (of course)
ESL-flagged.
Tested in my game. Let me know if you have any issues. I'm still new to modding, but really wanted to fix this in my game. I now offer it to everyone else.
