      I'm honestly not very familiar with synthesis....  so I don't know.  this patch adds records.  would synthesis create an esp and do the same?  if yes, then it should be easy to check in sseedit.  sorry if that wasn't much help.

      It does create an esp at the end. Figured it would cover it, but wasn't sure if yours does anything super special.

      Yes Synthesis works in synergy with this patch
      (just commenting this so future users wont be worried) :)
