Maybe I can add a slightly younger more beautified version of this NPC, I just couldn't picture the grave tender lady being hot (kind of like grelod, lol)
And as the stars align, my problem is solved. For reasons not entirely clear to me, WACCF prevents Modest Elderly from affecting hooded robes, even despite a patch. Now Project Cougar has come to the point where it is no longer necessary for hooded robes to be affected by Modest Elderly. Hurrah!
