I fixed the bug by deleting the crates but this will cause your game to crash if another mod alters the crates.
If you run the file through xedit's quickautoclean function or flag the deleted crates as "Initially Disabled" instead of "Deleted", it will resolve this issue. I did that with your previous upload and resolved it within my own setup.
