About this mod
A small town situated in a red-rock oasis. There are five or six buildings, a crime system, a small player home and a riad style manor available for purchase.

Along the border with Hammerfell there is a red-rock oasis with a small town. You can purchase the manor and move your family in. There's a kid's room with six beds and plenty of toys. There's also a nice master bedroom for you and your spouse. There's alchemy and enchanting in the study with their requisite storage, and smithing on the roof. There's also plenty of beds for your followers. Or if you're a thief or assassin, there's a small apartment you can purchase.
Almost every window is also a door through which you can enter or exit a building, though you'll have to pick the locks. This was inspired by the now seemingly gone Old Hroldan mod.
