One-handed spears from mods shares the same animation with one-handed sword by default. You have to install combat animation mod for spears. (AMR and DAR are mostly required for such of the custom animations)
I don't think so. There are only two versions of TSC available now on Nexus, the original one and DAR version. So I only made the according patch for these two versions.
