Reverts the change in Blade and Blunt that slowed you down while attacking.

Requires Blade and Blunt - A Combat Overhaul by Simon Magus and colinswrath.
I'm used to vanilla's speeds, but I also wanted to enjoy the other features of Blade and Blunt. So, I just reverted the Movement Type records back to vanilla.
This also lets you rotate more freely while attacking, like in vanilla.
NPCs are also affected.
Let me know if any issues.
