      Item ID's depend. Use this command:
      
      help kirin
      
      Then type
      
      player. addspell (the ID of Kirin SPEL goes here)

   Just gonna ask this beforehand so I don't end up wasting time if the answer is "yes" - To clarify, this Kirin spell doesn't summon a massive lightning bolt from the sky to strike the target? Yes if it doesn't, no if it does.

   can you upload a picture or video of you using it? also Kirin is giraffe although in the anime it can easily be mistaken as a dragon.

      That would involve using someone else's assets, so I won't be doing any lightning recolors. However, you may find a mod like Voltage that recolors lightning. Anything that changes vanilla lightning will also change this, most likely.
