About this mod
This adds the spell Kirin, inspired by the Jutsu from Naruto, which Sasuke uses to great effect.
- Permissions and credits
Kirin:
Base damage - 5,000 shock to health/magicka, and it cannot be resisted or absorbed either
Base magicka cost - 3,000 (it's a master destruction spell, so this can be reduced)
Casting type - Target Location (up to 5,000 feet away)
Casting time - 4 seconds
Blast radius - 80 feet
Other Details:
The spell is lore friendly, no Naruto references other than just the name, and the description feels like it belongs in Skyrim. It makes dragon sounds when using, because Kirin took the form of a lightning dragon (and dragons are lore friendly for Skyrim)
Because it is target location, the spell travels pretty much instantly, like lightning. So it is very responsive at long ranges. Probably can't be directed at the sky though, meaning it works best on enemies who are on the ground or underwater, not in the air.
All this mod adds is this single spell, but I'm happy to take suggestions/requests for more, especially unique spells that might not already have similar versions in other mods.

You can buy this for 24,000 gold from Enthir at the College of Winterhold, or add it via additem menu, console commands, etc. it's an overpowered spell so I wanted it to take some effort to get.
