Maybe nice to use alongside with Skyrim OblivionATED wich one Inspired me for Flora Awoke Elder . . . maybe an Upscale is recomnend by using realsr-ncnn-vulkan and TexA-DDS for convert to BC7 format .

For self Experience are under Downloads preconfigurated Files for that but the necessary programfiles are to Download from
realsr-ncnn-vulkan and TexA-DDS . . . Extract the programfiles in the respective main directory into anywhere extracted Downloads from here.
First step would be to put texture folder from Skyrim OblivionATED into the "_in" folder of extracted "realSR_OblivioNATED" Download . . . rename the included "realsr-OblivioNATED.txt" to "realsr-OblivioNATED.bat" & execute
Second step copy the texture folder from "_out" folder into the "in_out" folder from extracted "TexA-OblivioNATED" Download . . . rename the included "2k.txt" and or "4k.txt" to "2k.bat" or and "4k.bat" & execute
Third step now copy the texture folder from "in_out" to main Skyrim Data folder or in a self createt Modmanger folder.
