Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) v6.4.0+ is needed to overwrite NPC template flags when distributing their packages

Additional Information
Castle Volkihar ferryman from CFTO Fixes + Winterhold is not included. I think for the initial release I literally couldn't find him, and then for 1.1 I just forgot.
I recommend having at least the main hall built and decorated before buying CFTO's Hearthfire ferryman or carriage driver because there won't be enough furniture for them to use when they come in at night and sandbox if you just have the first house built.
I'm thinking of adding a fishing idle to some of the ferrymen, similar to what AI Overhaul has for Klimmek.
