How did you make those pebbles look so nice? This one does nothing for me, the meshes are not replaced: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/64022?tab=posts&BH=0
It's easy to get them to work, it's all in the load order.
1- Install your grass mod first (NOrthern grass) 2- Any landscape fixes patch if you have them installed 3- Install this mod after (the shore edition will replace grass with pebbles from any grass mod or patches you have) 4- Install the Complex Rock Grass for ENB last (it will keep the pebbles, but override the meshes and textures so each pebble looks nicer)
Love the visuals that this mod gives— that being said, I have installed the mod, put it after all of my grass mods in the load order, and can seem to get anything to show. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
According to vortex, Shore Pebbles Please overwrites all More Pebbles Please files making it a redundant mod. So having both mods is pointless unless you don't want any shore pebbles?
These pebbes get placed on the empty spots on the land too. That's what I like. But what I try to avoid is that they replace the grass. In real life often grass and pebbles are mixed together.
Sort of. Unfortunately the grass mods you are using most likely replaces the original vanilla pebbles with grass models. To try to put it simply, there isn't a way it could co-exist since the grass mods are acting as a model replacer. I would essentially have to go in and make changes to those specific mods so that the they use pebbles, which would still end up removing some types of grasses. Sorry bro!
Well, that's unfortunate... I guess the only way to achieve what I'm looking for is hand-place all the pebbles. This way they'll remain visible together with any grass mods. Colliding - maybe, but that'll be mostly invisible (un-noticeable) to the eye anyways, grass covers the pebbles in these cases. And then there is the mod No Grass In Objects that should help.
For now I use the pebbles mod, I get many huge barren areas with just pebbles, where used to be grass before. These should be mixed together for most immersive experience. But I totally understand that this is a lot of work, so I'm not asking you to do this, these are just my thoughts.
Is there any way to just copy-paste stuff from one plugin to another ? - this would make it possible to mix pebbles and grass and not lose anything.
Really cool idea! May I ask you if you hand-placed these pebbles? Cause if it's possible to modify them, I'd say that those in Morthal (and only in Morthal) shouldn't be snowy; I know that there is snow on the roofs, but overall it's a swampy region, and white rocks in the middle of brown-ish grass kinda stick out too much, in my opinion.
No, these are not hand-placed, but I can go in and repaint the landscape to be more fitting. Thanks for the heads-up! Please let me know if you find any more strange areas and I will eventually make a compiled bug fix!

...how could you not call the addon "Shore Pebbles Please"?! Anyways, great mod so far.
