I just noticed that my neloth has problem with his Rhino set, he often has only cloak, boot and bracers, if I resetinventory him I see him with everything cept cloak...not looking very mage-ish
Same here, I tried resetting his inventory, but no luck. Homie is just walking around half naked, which isn't inconsistent with his personality honestly. lol but I'm not sure how to fix this
Hey! So in this case, you cannot - the original plugin provides the armours defines themselves, whilst the SPID patches I put together just define the outfits used by SPID.
If you need extra slots and are familiar with xEdit, it is safe to convert Armors of the Velothi.esp (for example) into an ESL flagged ESP so long as you have my patch loaded in xEdit too (and then save changes to both plugins).
Your SPID mods really rows my modding boat. Had to make a pun, sorry.
Another thing. My system doesn't handle HDT-SMP well. Any idea if this mod can be worked with your SPID mod? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/77825?tab=files
thanks. Where may i reach you for message? I have 2 or 3 more small questions. Regarding esp. Should be easy enough since you are a modder. But they are not about this mod, so i am hesitant to ask here
Noticed that lines 50-52 in rmb_a_armors_of_the_velothi_named_DISTR.ini are 0x816 and I think they're supposed to be 0x817, according to the helpful comments at the top of the file (thanks for doing that btw). Double checking but figured I'd note now that I am checking things. Might as well take the opportunity to also add that I really appreciate all of these SPID mods of yours.
I think the issue is with the new spid, but some sets are not fully distributed. I don't know how to say it clearly but yhe often mixed up with leveled gear,
Sort of! RMB SPIDified - Core provides a lot of different keywords used in more than just bandit distribution.
If this is the only SPID patch from me that you are using, you can skip using RMB SPIDified - Core. However, if you are using other patches you'd be better off removing "rmb_a_armors_of_the_velothi_DISTR.ini" or deleting the contents of that file.
Great mod, thanks for making. However, Redoran Watchman set often spawns with no cuirass. I believe this is because the outfit references the leveled list "redoran watchman cuirass", which includes the cloak and the cuirass. If I am not mistaken, the leveled list is causing *either* the cloak or the cuirass to be added to the npc, rather than both. Or minimally, to not let the cuirass always be added.
Thanks for reporting this! I've released a patch - originally a "use all" flag was intended, but rather than just switching the flag I've modified the LLI to only cover the cloak, with a 33% chance of it not being equipped, and ensured the chestplate will always be equipped.
Thanks for this! I love the Armors of the Velothi mods but I'm not a big fan of direct npc edits. One of these days I"ll learn to use SPID myself. But today is not that day...
No problem!! Creating SPID patches is actually pretty beginner-friendly, although in can take some time with the bigger packs just because of the number of outfits that need configuring (in SSEEdit) & the testing required. Part II is coming, but still needs further testing on my end..
When you decide to have a crack I'd recommend just starting with a single outfit, and then see how things go from there!

That mod should work! It will overwrite the meshes and the sort, which shouldn't cause a conflict with my SPID patch.
And no problem! Honestly very happy so many folks like them :)

At this rate, every npc in my game will be much better dressed!
Thank you!
