What is the purpose of this sound item showing up in the loot? If you drop the item on ground spawns a mobile that sounds like a bear and takes no damage, it cannot be removed. I see pelt in there as well but that is all.
A sound item... is it just some nameless bugged item? Which version of the mod are you using? The only weird thing I've found is a navmesh reference in the CACO version but I'm uploading an update to remove that.
As silly as it sounds I'd make sure you didn't get the CACO version without having CACO - the only thing that comes to mind is that you have the CACO version and that otter dropped a CACO fish - but it's really bizarre you didn't get any meat, which should always drop, so I'm not certain.
It looks like something is overwriting my mod's changes, or they weren't able to be applied, because the value for the otter pelt wasn't even reduced to 100. Here's what it should look like:
The most likely thing I can think of is maybe you're using the other Otters mod and it doesn't work with this patch? As far as I know they're identical, so it might just be something weird with the installation.
