After trying a lot, I think I found a preset that is very suitable for playing. If you like a wider field of view, this preset should be suitable for you.
This preset adjust walking, running, sprinting, sitting, riding, sneaking, and swimming. You can quickly preview it in action by watching the videos below.

Installation:
- Set your FOV: You can do this by modifying the INI file. For MO users: click the puzzle above MO, select the INI Editor, look for “fDefaultWorldFOV” under “[Display]” in your skyrim.ini, and modify it to “fDefaultWorldFOV=96.42”, if there is no such line, please add it manually. Then save.
Alternatively, you can do this via console: fov 96.42, but you'll probably have to do it every new game. - Another adjustment: For users with 21:9 monitors, you should not need to adjust. For users with 16:9 monitors, your game screen may be a little stretched, I highly recommend you use ENB's letterbox and adjust to a comfortable value by yourself.
For ENB letterbox(Optional but recommended):
Almost them should be under the ENBEFFECTPOSTPASS.FX, If you can't find the Shader parameters, you should check the "Show shaders window" in the left panel.
Scroll down and check "Enable Letterbox Bars", and adjust the letterbox height to adapt presets.
In my opinion, 0.118 is recommended.
Then everything should be ok.
If you find some errors please let me know them.
