The plugin modifies the color effect shaders, image space modifier (the flashbang-like effect you get when casting for ex Thunderbolt), and the light being emitted by shock spells while being cast and being in hand. In my opinion, it should be safe to load after them (I am new to modding so take this with a bucket of salt). The lighting mods I used to test this mod are pretty basic (I only used ELFX). Can you tell me which mods are conflicting with the plugin so I can maybe take a peek at them?
Window Shadows RT is the main one, but as far as I know it does the same thing as elfx. Paraphernalia - Ambience also conflicts, but that mod is meant to be overwritten based on user preference so I'm not as concerned about that one.
I tried loading your plugin both before and after these mods and it didn't seem to make much of a difference, although it was a very brief test so take that with a grain of salt. Don't think there's any hard incompatabilities with these mods. Might be a different story with Lux since I don't use that one though.
